It was fun the first time, but after that it kind of felt like the same cards every single game. Like, there just isn’t much replay value, so it got boring way too fast.

I do like the art style, it’s fun and has a lot of personality. It just feels like they tried to pack in a bit too much at times, so some parts end up looking kind of cluttered.

I picked up a couple games from explodingkittens.com and I was actually impressed. The cards are, okay, let me say that again, the cards feel thick and sturdy, not flimsy at all, and the printing looks really bright. The box has survived being tossed in my bag a few times too, which I didn’t totally expect. Everything just feels nicer than your average party game, and nothing was missing, so that was a nice bonus.

I had a problem with an order from explodingkittens.com and ended up reaching out to support. They did get back to me and were polite, but it took a few days, which was kind of frustrating when I was just trying to figure out what was going on.
Once someone replied, they handled it quickly, so not saying it’s a scam, but the slow response definitely made the whole thing feel more annoying than it needed to be. I’d probably order again, but I’d hope support is a bit faster next time.

Even the corners were still in good shape, which doesn’t always happen. Nothing over the top or anything, it just did what it needed to do. Happy with it.

My 9-year-old absolutely loves it. it’s been a little dramatic how excited they got over it, but hey, no complaints from me. It works great for my bigger kid...

There are tons of games to choose from, and a lot of them are surprisingly quirky in the best way (which I love). I keep finding something new to try, so it really doesn’t get boring

I really wanted to enjoy this more because the concept is genuinely fun, but the balance felt off for us. A few cards seem way too powerful, and if someone gets lucky early, the rest of the round can feel like you’re just sitting there waiting for the inevitable.

It still got some laughs with friends, so it’s not a total miss, but after a handful of games we kept running into the same issues. I also tried reaching out about it and got one of those stiff, robotic email replies that made it feel like nobody really read what I said. Not terrible, just not very fair or replayable for our group.

Picked this up for game night it was way more fun than I expected. Everyone got into it fast, and I’m sure the whole thing is designed to make you say “just one more round” until suddenly it’s way later than planned. Definitely a solid pick if you want something easy and genuinely entertaining
